It is a huge achievement for the staff and its trustees and reflects the professional way the manager, Eleri Jones and the staff run the Nursery.
“The service they provide to the south Meirionnydd area is invaluable to local families and we appreciate all the hard work they do in caring, supporting and developing these young children.
“Seren Fach is a highly important employer in this rural area of Meirionnydd and we must encourage and support rural businesses to thrive.
“Again, the whole community joins me in congratulating Eleri Jones and the team of staff in winning this award. We wish them well for the future and thank them for their work.”
Eleri Jones, Manager of Seren Fach said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank the committed staff at Seren Fach for their dedication and hard work at all times. The active group of staff here work well together and deliver quality service which means that the children are always given the best possible care and support.
“Thanks also to all the parents of Seren Fach who, over the years, have supported us and shared their experiences of bringing their children here, with other parents. Their reference has sustained us over the years.
“We pride ourselves on the high standard of care we offer and aim to maintain and continually improve those standards.
“I would also like to thank Mudiad Meithrin for holding these ceremonies annually, giving parents the opportunity to vote in the different categories. A recognition like this means so much to us.”
